MyHubQ is a delivery company in British Columbia. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it, in line with BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Customers receiving a delivery
When a business sends us your order, we receive your name, delivery address, phone number and any delivery note. We use them only to deliver that order and to send you its tracking link. For 19+ deliveries, the driver records the type of ID checked and the name on it. We never record your date of birth or ID number.
Your tracking link stops working 7 days after delivery. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing, and one business never sees another business's customers.
Businesses and drivers who sign up
When you fill in a form on this site, we keep your contact details and answers to review your request and contact you about MyHubQ. We delete applications we don't move forward with after 12 months.
Drivers on shift
While a driver has a shift started in the MyHubQ driver app, we collect their phone's location to dispatch deliveries and to show customers where their delivery is. Location history is deleted after 30 days. Customers see only the driver's first name, vehicle and live position during their own delivery.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@myhubq.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
