When you order from a local store and it arrives with MyHubQ, your money stays in BC: with the shop that sold it and the neighbour who brought it.
Questions
What does MyHubQ deliver?
Everyday retail orders from local businesses: clothing, gifts, electronics accessories, specialty food that doesn't need refrigeration, and 19+ age-restricted retail items, with an ID check at the door. We don't deliver alcohol, cannabis or anything that needs its own BC delivery licence.
How do 19+ deliveries work?
Your driver asks for government photo ID at the door and confirms you're 19 or older before handing the order over. If no one with valid ID is there, the order goes back to the store and they'll contact you.
Can I see where my driver is?
Yes. When your driver heads your way you'll get a text with a live map, your driver's first name and vehicle, and an ETA that updates as they drive.
How fast is same-day delivery?
Most orders arrive within the delivery window you pick at checkout. Each store sets its own windows and cut-off times.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Tracking happens in your phone's browser through the link we text you.
I run a business outside Shopify. Can I still use MyHubQ?
